Charming stay downtown

excellent location grand public areas comfortable lounges

The location was excellent for seeing the city. It was in the middle of the commercial district. The hotel offered a feeling of grandeur in its public areas. I particularly enjoyed the lounges and bar area.

The absence of toiletries in the bathroom was slightly disappointing.

The staff was very helpful. They provided a warm reception and were always ready to assist us with a sense of humor. Their polite and straightforward manner made communication easy. It was a pleasure to be greeted by such friendly faces each day.

perfect location friendly staff classic charm stuffy room stained carpets breakfast variety

the location was perfect! it was so easy to get around and explore the city. the staff were also very friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. i found the building itself to be beautiful and full of classic charm, which i found good.

My room was a bit stuffy, unfortunately. i also noticed some stains on the carpets in the hallways. the breakfast lacked variety. I hoped for more options.

the hotel was located centrally. i found the staff helpful and friendly. breakfast had good selection. i was offered a reduction for overnight parking at a nearby secure public carpark.

the room was very small i think. opening a suitcase was difficult. the bathroom was hard to use because its size.

helpful staff perfect location easy walk

the hotel staff were very helpful from check in. every staff member worked to ensure i had the best experience . i found the location to be perfect because it was very close to the train station. it was also an easy walk to most tourist destinations.

my room was not what i expected based on the description. i booked a room i thought would have a quiet street view, but it did not. the machine produced constant noise right outside the room.

breakfast included rolls and fruit. pastries and cake, too. also available were hot items. the breakfast offered a good start to the day.
